In order to preserve this enchanted break and this habitat, we are in a sustainable development approach and we are implementing different actions:

Are animals allowed?

No, unfortunately, no animals can be accepted for health and safety reasons.

Do we need to provide our sheets and towels?

For your comfort, bed linen, bath linen and bathrobes are provided free of charge.

How to access the domes?

When you arrive with us (Alex and Orianne), you will leave your car in the Kozi Dôme car park. We will be delighted to welcome you and take you to your dome, carefully prepared by us. Please provide shoes and luggage suitable for a short walk in a forest path (between 100 and 500 meters). The unusual, it has to be deserved!

Where do you park your car?

Private parking is located at the reception level. No access to the domes is possible by car. You will be able to charge your electric car. A motorcycle and bicycle shelter is also available to travelers.

Can we come with children/babies?

No, children are not allowed on the estate, in order to make the most of the calm of nature and wildlife, we want to favor the tranquility of the place.

Is a Wi-Fi connection available on the estate?

The promise of total disconnection is kept! There is no telephone network or Wi-Fi at La Belle Étoile and La Grande Ourse. Only the Clair de Lune dome can pick up the network depending on the telephone operators. The objective of this night is to be together, far from any nuisance. Remember to download your favorite music playlist before coming, to create your atmosphere using the Bluetooth speaker available. For the most curious, consider downloading a sky map application to discover the stars that will illuminate your night.

How are arrivals and departures organised?

Arrivals take place between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Please let us know in the event of an unforeseen event or late arrival, by telephone or email, so that we can organize ourselves as well as possible to receive you.

You can enjoy the dome until 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. Then, we are waiting for you at the reception for the last formalities.

Can we walk on the estate?

You can enjoy the surroundings near your dome and the many hiking trails on site. Nevertheless, in order to preserve everyone's privacy, we ask you to avoid walking near the other domes.

Are the domes heated/air-conditioned?

Yes, all of our domes have air conditioning and a wood burning stove.

Are the spas shared or private?

All our domes are equipped with a private spa on their terrace. These jacuzzis are heated, in all seasons, between 36°C and 38°C. You can enjoy a wellness session at any time of the day or night.

Can we smoke?

On the terrace of your dome, yes. However, for safety and comfort reasons, it is forbidden to smoke inside the dome.

How is the breakfast?

Breakfast is included in the price of the night. The basket is delivered, discreetly, between 8:30 am and 9 am. The breakfast basket is copious and offers pastries, bread, churned butter, various homemade jams, local cheeses, seasonal fruits, fruit juices and many other dishes that will allow you to wake up indulging.

Can we dine in the domes? Is there a kitchen?

There is no kitchen in the domes. There is also no device to reheat or keep your food cold. The minibars in the domes are not intended for this purpose. We offer, in addition, packed lunches (reservation one week before your arrival). Various drinks and wines are available in your minibar. Payment for extras is due upon departure. You can bring your picnic or choose to sample the local cuisine in a restaurant.

What are the methods of payment?

We accept credit cards, transfers and cash. No checks will be accepted.

Is there a deposit to be paid when booking?

We ask you to pay your entire stay before your arrival, in order to validate your reservation.
